Identical twins Cilla and Tina are best friends, yet very different. Cilla is an artist at heart, an idealist who chooses her own path, whereas Tina is popular, adolescent and constantly in love. Tina is about to turn 15, but Cilla won't have that experience - she will die before that. This is the story of Tina, the one left behind. About the grief of losing someone close to you and the guilt that comes when it is too late to make amends. In this moving screen adaptation of Peter Pohl's award-winning youth novel, Anders Grönros (Agnes Cecilia, GIFF 1992, The Glass-blower's Children, GIFF 1998) once more shows himself a master of captivating youth stories with genuine depth beneath the good-looking surface.
